“ Cierra was a lifesaver with my hair (coarse straight Asian hair). At first, i asked to try a new style with vague instructions. Cierra delivered exactly what I verbally asked, but I wasn’t satisfied with that look. She took the time out of her schedule to get me in later that day. We discussed why I wasn’t satisfied and how we could fix it, and she also had be pull up a picture of what I was looking for. When it was all said and done, Cierra delivered (again). She didn’t let me leave until I was 100% happy. I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism, the care, and the attention to detail. Two thumbs up for Cierra and Turner’s! ”
